Resolution appears on tv every 3 - 4 mins

    Hi,
Whenever I watch content from USB, the 1080P resolution appears in the top right corner of the TV screen every 3 - 4 mins, which is very annoying.

I don't have the same problem when I watch the same content over DLNA, but I can't pause or change chapters etc over DLNA which is very annoying.

Has anyone else seen this, or do they have a solution to my problem?

    - Dwayne.

    Hi,
    It's a BDP5200/79.
software version doesn't show in settings.

    SystemSW shows as 1.61 though.

I did a software upgrade after I purchased the player and now when I try to do a software upgrade, it says that there are no upgrades available. So I assume I am on the latest software version.

    Regards,

    Dwayne.

    Dear Dewino,

We have a more recent firmware released for BDP5200. Would you please upgrade your set and see if the issue still there?

If it is still there, appreciate if you can send us the 1080P file for testing.

    With thanks & regards,
