Incredible lipsync issues with 42PFL4606 and CI+

We have a 42PFL4606 and watch digital TV via CI+ (Ziggo, in the Netherlands).

What strikes me are the incredible lipsync issues this TV has. It's about 0.5 - 1 second it seems and there's no way you can correct this. Multi-channel or PCM mode don't seem to matter. It's both with internal and external speakers (via HDMI ARC). The delay setting hidden in the menus don't help as well.

Some other ppl seen this as well ?

    Hi Loekf,

Does this happen on all channels? Have you tested free channels without the CI+, does it also happen on those?

Does it happen on other sources as well, such as DVD/BDP?

Could you please check the signal on an affected channel?
Options > [Status]: Signal quality and strength.

Please ensure your TV is also up to date with the latest software.

    Best regards,
    Ina
