    Hi,

in the leaflet or manual should be written, which glasses are supported.

    For example, PTA518, PTA508, PTA517, PTA507 should work.

    Hi Er786,

The 3D glasses are optional accessories for your TV and are not included in the TV sales package.

You can purchase these from Philips dealers or (depending on country of residence) from our online shop.

    Quick product overview:

    PTA507/00: Rechargable

    PTA516/00: Rechargable, adjustable nose bridge

PTA517/00: Rechargable, adjustable nose bridge and longer lasting battery

    Enjoy!

    Best regards,
    Ina

    Thank you for that Ina!
It is just unbelievable that I still could not find anything.
    PTA507,PTA517,PTA516

Not even in your online shops.
It is really annoying that you're selling 3D TVs without 3D glasses.

This is upsetting. If anyone has a link where I can purchase it please let me know.

    Your help is greatly appreciated

    Hi,

did you ask a staff member in these shops? Often they don't have the glasses in store, but they can order them easily.

Yes, and all of them said that 3D glasses are not very popular and they cannot order it in. Not even in a Phillips authorised media store.

    Hi Er786,

I have been in contact with the Irish customer service regarding your issue with finding 3D glasses.

The TV you own is currently not officially for sale in Ireland and has been imported from another country by the dealer. This hopefully helps to explain why the 3D glasses are harder to come by for your TV.

Here are a list of suppliers that might be able to assist in finding 3D glasses for you:

Official supplier for spare parts and accessories - World of Parts:
    http://www.worldofparts.com

If you can't get the specific glasses from there, these 2 suppliers might be able to help you as well:

    Dutchwest: (44) 1434 323 232

    Charles Hyde and Son: (44) 1759 303 068

If you require any further help you are also welcome to contact customer service who will be able to help you with this specific issue as well:

    Best regards,
    Ina
