    HTB9245D/12 disappointing out of the box experience

    Online registration on philips.com/website gave error messages on the page "aankoopgegevens". Net TV registration results in an email where the link does not work. Downloading a software upgrade seems complete, but the status indicator is now at 100% for over an hour. Even a service request on the web results in an error message.

    Were those functions tested before introducing this set and are the online services being watched?

    HI, so the issue is the registration of your product? Have you tried to log on to My Philips via PC?

    Hi Teddy,

    There are several issues: product registration, Net TV registration, software upgrade, service request. The product registration succeeded eventually via My Philips. I still can't use Net TV and cannot use an obviously available software upgrade.
