    Wi-Fi MediaConnect crashes on Vista Business 64

    Hello,

    My set up is:

    TV: 39PFL2908, country Canada
    Laptop: Vista Business 64 bit

    When I start projecting, the video from laptop appears at the TV screen for few seconds and the application crashes and the connection is lost. Here is more details about the crash:

    Faulting application Wi-Fi MediaConnect.exe, version 1.6.42.0, time stamp 0x4dbe1e62, faulting module HT_DLNA.dll, version 1.1.3.39, time stamp 0x4c1ecb1d, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x00002bcb, process id 0x116c, application start time 0x01ce8d66dcc35a7d.

    Any help is appreciated as this application is very important for me.

    Welcome to the TV forum!

    Could you please confirm your PC system specs?

    - Click Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Information.
    - Click on Edit > Copy.

    Paste info here, but feel free to edit out irrelevant info. Information we require include:
    OS name, Version, System type, Processor, all Memory information.

    Also please confirm your full TV model number including the region code (/##) plus the current software version installed.

    Thank you for providing this information.

    Please change the PC locale to a North American region. The PC being set to Bulgaria might be blocking Wifi Media Connect from working properly.

    Please also see the PM I have sent you regarding your TVs software:

    Click on Notification in the top right of the screen, and then click on Unread Messages/Inbox.
