    Hi Ina

Are there some new informations about the ambilight problem ?
The 2013 generation TVs with ambilight work in a different way than the 2012 series ( with new firmware ).

    regards h.t.ts

Ina, please fix those important bugs or errors cause those are the useful items that sold the TV, without those working "Item" amblight, and all such settings this tv, is just like any other tv.

I don't know about this problem, I don't notice it or I just don't know where to look. but if it happens to other people it happens to me too.

Maybe best solution is to call after-sales service to change hardware part.

I wait 1 week yet an issue with new firmware. After, i call ASS because i'm feed up to wait.

I bought 46PFL8007 1700€ only for ambilight and it doesn't work normally.

    Hi guys.

I don't actually create the software, I merely report on it

The developers are working hard to resolve issues as we speak. There is very little I can do to hurry up the process, however much I would like to.

In regards to the Ambilight 2D/3D effect reported in this thread, the developers have come back to me and informed me that this is not an issue, but is in fact within specification.

Using the complete black-white range has, by test audience, been found to be too bright and deducting from the 3D experience. Therefore it would not be fitting our claim to be "relaxing for the eyes" if the intensity was at the same level as for 2D material.

In conclusion: The intensity of the Ambilight during 3D playback has been lowered to avoid annoyances during the 3D experience, which is the reason the Ambilight is faded for black parts of the picture.

    Best regards,
    Ina

Ina , any idea if they will fix the randomly double image of the 3D, and the 3D -game mode/Enabled that being disable when we choose 3D mode. And the quality issue in game mode/enabled.

I am waiting for those 3 fixes a very long time.

    Hello Ina,

why can't they bring an extra switch in the settings, so we can decide the behaviour in 2D mode? It's so annoying when the ambilight shines bright in dark scenes.
