    Hi,

I upgraded the software to the latest firmware. I called the support in Turkey, and they said that this tv is working like that. It forgets the password when you switched off. However, it does not make sense to me. It is very idiotic. If this is true, i will not buy any philips product again. How can I learn the truth?

    Thank you.

    Hi Tekinalp67,

Please confirm the current software installed on your TV:
HOME > [Setup] > [Software settings] > [Current software info]

If the software version is indeed v.150.88, please try to do a full reinstallation:

    1) HOME > [Setup] > [Network settings] > [Clear internet memory]

    2) HOME > [Setup] > [TV settings] > [General settings] > [Factory reset]

    3) HOME > [Setup] > [TV settings] > [Reinstall TV]

NOTE: Doing a full reinstallation if the TV will erase all existing recordings on USB HDD.
The TV will be completely restored to it's original factory state, clearing all installations and settings.

If you are still experiencing issues hereafter, please check your router's firewall settings are not set too high.

Please also try to set your router's wifi channel manually, as opposed to automatic.

    Best regards,
    Ina
