    29PFL4908 error 00203693

I just bought the 29" LED TV today. I installed the Wifi MediaConnect App on Windows 8.1 Preview, but after it connects, it just crashes. I set the app's compatibility to Windows 7, but still doesn't work.

    Any Recommendations?

    Hi NEXrosoft,

Could you please confirm the full model number of your TV including the slash country code (/##), please?

    Best regards,
    Ina

    I thinks it's 29pfl4908/f7, but I'm for sure it's the US Model.

    Hi NEXrosoft,

Please try to uninstall and reinstall the software.

Before you run the software again, please right click and chose "Run as Administrator", then also chose the compatibility mode again.

    Best regards,
    Ina
