SHB 9100 no call audio
hi
i bought this headset which is called SHB 9100 and i am quite happy with the purchase but i am having a problem with the headset, i can play music in the headset but whenever i receive call i answer the call the headset beeps then i cannot hear anything after the beep sound and when i hang up i hear the beep again. i have tried them on my laptop as well, i can play music but when i choose handfree headset option on the laptop, i cannot hear anything either. i have tried changing several setting but no luck.
hope you can help me to fix this problem

Hello,
well, that's a bit strange. Have you checked the volume settings for the calls in your phone and also have you switched on the microphone on your phone? If this doesn't work I'd try to reset the headset and pair with your phone again.

Thanks for feedback...
I have checked the volume while on call,infact the volume is full. In addition other party cannot hear my voice either, nor I can hear his.

Forgot to mention I habe also tried resetting the headset but no luck....

well, have you checked if your microphone on your phone is on as well? and actually, what type of phone do you have and what software version is it on?

Mic is automatically enabled I guess as there is no option given.. I have Samsung galaxy S3, 4.1.2 android version

yeah i had got the defective unit that is why it was not working. I have got new headset which works fine.
