Exclamation Dock station ds1150/12 displays "Err"

    Hello!

8 months ago i bought a Dock station model ds1150/12. It worked fine until last week when the display blocked on a "Err" message.

It doesn't recognize the iPhone anymore (no charging). I've already restarted the iPhone and the Dock many times but it keep displaying "Err".

Can someone tell me if this problem can be solver or it is a spare parts issue?

    Thanks

    Oli15

hi oli15, have you by any chance recently upgraded the software of your iPhone? if yes, i would suggest to reset your phone (pressing the power button and home button) and reset your docking (just unplug it for a little while) and try to connect both again.

also, if it plays music but does not charge your phone follow the FAQs here - http://www.p4c.philips.com/cgi-bin/c...w_partial.html .

let us know if that works for you

Hi Faust! Thanks for your message.

My software is upgraded and the Dock was unplugged since last friday ( i plugged and unplugged many times). I also reseted the iPhone 3 times.

It does not play music nor charging. Seems to be a bigger problem.!?

    Tx

hum, do you have a chance to try another compatible iOS device on your docking system to see if it is the unit or the phone that are faulty? it may be the issue with the docking adaptor or slot on either of them...
