Unhappy Gogear Muse SA2MUS08S/02 - Replacement battery ???

The battery on my Gogear muse is failing and so far, despite an online chat with an 'adviser', which was no help at all, I still can't find out ;-

    A) Can the internal battery be replaced with a new one ?
    B) Where can I get one and at what cost ?
    C) Is the replacement operation difficult to undertake ?

The player is still in gr8 condition other than the battery life and it seems ridiculous that a battery cannot be replaced ....

    Help please ???

    Hi,

so how long does the battery last for now?

From what I know it is actually impossible to replace a battery in a unit as they come in as a whole I'm afraid

    Cheers,

The battery life is now less than 1 hour and falling ....... and I live in the uk .... and as to the battery ... Philips advise that the unit should only be 'disposed of' minus the battery .... even providing a diagram as to how to remove it on the instruction manual ..... !!!!
