AVCHD discs are spinning very fast

DVD discs with AVCHD content on both BDP7500 and HTS9140 are spinning very fast. I wonder, whether something can be done about this, since this causes unnecessary noise. In my view, there is nothing wrong with this discs, because I have tried to play them on Sony BDP-S350 and they were generating no more noise if compared to other types of discs, incl. blu-rays.

I wonder if you can specify the exact model number for your both devices. cuz for BDP7500 there are BDP7500B2/BDP7500BL/BDP7500S2 or BDP7500SL. Also, the software version you have for your both devices...

The models are: BDP7500SL/12 with software 1.10 and HTS9140/12 with software 51.01.

With which dvd´s does this happen, mean tittles. Have a 7500 but not seen this issue yet

Those are home made, i.e. created movies from my HD camera, software used for creation Toast 10 on Mac. I believe, they are in a correct format since Sony BDP-S350 and Playstation 3 do not behave this way while playing them. Both Philips blurays are also playing them very well, the only thing I don't like is that Philips players are spinning them quite fast, which causes excessive noise.
