Monitor off line, cant reset or set up again
I installed my monitor a few weeks ago and everything worked perfectly including recording alerts to dropbox.
One day the camera seemed to be offline and I could not connect to it again.
I deleted the monitor from my iPad app, tried to reset it with no luck.
The orange led is burning continuously, not blinking.
I removed ac 230v for a while and tried to reset for 30 seconds. Result orange led, not blinking.
please help

hello brendoandbree,
it looks like there's the problem with the network. I'd suggest you to check the connection and also make sure there're not too many devices connected to the network as this can slow down the speed.
Also try to delete the monitor and install it again.

Thanks for the reply. I have confirmed, there is no problem with the network.
I havd deleted the monitor, however i am unable to install it again. Like i said above i have also tried to reset the monitor with no success, each time i plug it back in the orange light remains solid for around 10'seconds then it goes off.

oh, that's strange then. I'd highly suggest to contact your local Philips service centre and they will be able to fix it for you.
