IŽd like to share my experience with Philips.
In april this year I bought a PFL 8007 tv from Philips, the image quality is great but it comes with an incredible amount of problems, the screen has dark shadows, the interface is terribly slow, the remote stops working from time to time and even the tv stop working sometimes, you have to unplug it, wait for a while and plug it again, but the last time it happened it never worked again.
So I called the spanish philips technical service (IŽm from spain) asking for help (incident reference RMA 544544), this happened ONE MONTH ago and I still have no tv, and whatŽs worst, they donŽt even tell me when I will.
Is depressing how Philips treates their customers.
