    Exclamation TV not responding to RC: model no:32PFL7977/V7

    my philips TV model: 32PFL7977/V7
    -----------------------------------------------

    1)Kindly let me know the latest software for the above model?

    2)How do I check detail for the current software in my model?

    3)I have issue with my TV/RC. After switching ON the TV, I am able to use the RC for 10/15 minutes. Later the TV stops responding to the RC. It is on ly after the TV is continuously
    running for a few hours , that suddenly the TV responds to RC and from there it works correctly to the RC, without any problem.

    Please note this model sensor is based only on IR technology and not RF technology.

    4) While changing channels, the channel info. banner appears and in that banner there is a message appearing "expiration reached" . What does it mean and what is the implication of it on the TV performance?

    5)Also, for some video files (from the USB pendrive) audio does not work. it gives message "ONLY VIDEO SERVICE" .

    Kindly suggest me a solution.

    Can you kindly confirm me what is the latest firmware version no. for this model.

    ps: I even wrote to the regional customer care. They are unresponsive and I consider this serious apathy.

    Hi Roger,

    As far as I am aware there has not been any software updates for your TV model, so therefore that would be the lastest version already installed from factory.
