Cable from Fidelio AW9000 to TV
Hi there,
I wonder if any of you could help me try and connect my Fidelio AW9000 speakers to the TV! I've tried every cable in the house but none seem to work! I have an 8 year old Sony TV which has various outputs available so if any of you could suggest what options I have, it would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Hi, can you give more details what are the problems ? No sound from TV at all ?
I think there should be sound from TV if you use 3.5mm audio cable to connect with the headphone jack on TV, and please remember to switch AW9000 to mp3 link mode.

Thanks for that. I don't have the exact cable you suggested but had one similar which produced a buzzing sound in the speakers so at least I know there is definitely output. I have ordered the cable you suggested so when it arrives I will let you know if this works. Thanks a lot

It doesn't work, gutted! The cable arrived. I've plugged one end into the TV's headphone jack which takes the sound away from the TV but then plug the other end into the MP3 jack on the speaker and it just makes a buzzing sound. Argh! Any other suggestions? The speakers only do half a job if I can't link them to the TV. Thanks

Hi,
first we should find out, if both are working:
1) Connect a standard headphone to your TV: is this working?
2) Connect a mp3 player to the MP3-Link of your AW, switch to this input with AirStudio+ App: is this working?

Dear hobnob,
On top of toengel's advise, would you please make sure you have switch to the 'MP3 Link' mode in the AirStudio+ app?
Kind regards,
