NOS App doesn't stream on my 32PFL7675

Hello,

I am used to view the NOS journaal on my NetTV.

Unfortunately this is not working anylonger.

I can view the app and select the item but it doesn't start streaming. I can see the inital NOS screen but it does not continue.

Is this a known issue?

I am using wired ethernet and the streaming is working when used from my PC!

The NOS app works fine on my TV. I use it frequently, I never saw it down. What software do you use?

Hello,

I am using it frequently as well and it always used to work without problem.

I have tried to update the TV it reports the TV is up to date and doesn't need to be updated so I assume this should be fine.

The app seems to work for a while,

I can select what I would like to view. If I select what I want it seems to start. I get the NOS logo for a long time and the stream doesn't really start.

Hi Wim,

The software offered via automatic upgrade (over IP) is 140.25
That is not the latest software, you can manually download 140.34 via a PC and insert it to your TV via an USB-stick. I did not do that either, I do not suffer from any of the bugs listed in the release notes.
So, I am also using the latest software provided by automatic software update ( = 140.25).
NOS has 3 icons, the evening news, the latest (= 4 o’clock) news and the Children’s news.
They all work fine at my TV.

NOS is also available via the Uitzending gemist app.
Please check if it is running there.
