    Correct 3D-Signal

Hi, I just bought a Philips 55PFL6008K/12 but I don't get to see the 3D-image. It always gives a double split screen. I've been trying to change the settings but without result. In the manual it says that it's propabely cause to an incorrect 3D-signal. My provider (Telenet) says that it should work with the digibox and it has to do with the TV-settings. The output from the digibox is a scart and via the supplied cable it enters the HDMI-port. Do you have any tips how to solve this problem?

    Hi,

    - swich on everything
    - press option button
    - go to "status"
    - tell us the resolution of your TV signal (in this case, the HDMI resolution)

Did you try to start 3D manually with your TV remote?
