    Htb9225d/12

    Hello,

since a few days I own a HTB9225D/12. Beautifull appearance, sound and Image. Unfortunately the HDMI hub is very instable. I upgraded to te latest firmware and reset to factory settings, but that did not resolve te HDMI-related problems:

-Turning on TV, KPN-topbox, HTB9225D/12 resulted in a TV-black-out. ON/Off HTB resolved that problem.
-HTB9225D/12 on during several hours: no problems, then, after HTB off four a couple of hours and complet set on, I get a repeating problem: TV works ok for 2-3 min. then blackout during 3-5 sec. and so on.

    Hello amarkest,

How are your devices connected together?
The correct way should be: Set-top box --- [HDMI] ---> TV <--- [HDMI ARC] --- HTB

How often do you encounter this problem?
