DVB-T HD anyone?
Hi all,
The first free-to-air DVB-T HD (Mpeg 4) will be on air on Greece, on 27 of April.
Are the series 9000 2010 models (I have the 9705) capable of receiving HD from DVB-T?
Has anyone tested, in a country that already has HD in DVB-T?

Hi,
DVB-T (named TNT en france) have two version for TF1,ARTE and M6 (+probably some others). One is 'standart' and one is HD indicated by the 'TF1-HD' logo.
Didn't pay really attention to details/definition of the image but it works on 32fpl7605.

Ok, the new free DVB-T channel started (ERT-HD), and my 9705 is able to show it.
If only the TV had also EPG...

I'm interested in DVB-T2 myself. There's a big push for DVB-T2 here in Sweden at the moment, but it seems like Sony and Panasonic are the only ones who care about it.

Hi,
some 2011 TVs of Philips have DVB-T2... For example the xxPFL74x6T/xx series... (but I am not 100 % sure)

Hi Toengel!
Does it mean that my 32pfl9705H/12 has not a DVB-T2 enabled tuner?

Hi,
I don't think so (the manual did not state anything about DVB-T2 in 2010 models).
