Hi, There is no fix for this yet. That is the PM. Why don't they just say instead of PMing everyone individually? Same problem exists with Sonos too if you look at their forum. The delay is introduced due to the wireless control of the audio over a network. If the new firmware could remove the MP3 link volume control of the direct input from Airstudio+ perhaps they can fix it. But as it stands you cannot sync to TV or do anything live such as Karaoke or DJ through the AW5000. Perhaps a wired ethernet connection can reduce the delay but I haven't tried it myself yet. Also, some TVs and Sky boxes do let you delay the picture to match the delayed audio as a workaround.

Thanks dubu49, this is great £300 spent on a speaker to be used to better the sound of the TV.

Also I find if the jack is plugged in the speaker does not go into auto standby mode once the TV is switched off, waited an hour or so but still the led is lit white.

    Hi,

I have the same problem when connecting the speaker via jack with my (Philips) tv, al delay of approx 1 second. Using headphones to my tv, there is no delay at all.
What is the soluiton, what is the content of the PM that is mentioned by Philips Moderator so often ?
