Exclamation TV auto turn on after release new firmware

I have a problem with the TV 37PFL6007K. Always about 10 days after the release of the new firmware, the TV turns itself. Only the picture, no sound. TV does not respond to the remote control or the buttons on the TV. TV will not turn off after the time set in eco mode. The only option is to disconnect the electrical power. I think that he wants to download new firmware, but nothing happens. I would like to turn off automatic updates. How can I do this? I am very disappointed with this TV. My previous TV Philips had no problems, this has them very much!

You can only turn off Automatic Channel Update, but not the software updates. What software have you installed on the TV?

Maybe try to fully reinstall the TV. This often helps a lot of things! Not just TVs

I have to use the latest FW, because otherwise I have described problems.

Fully reinstal the TV - what do you mean?
