    Dear Dreal,

Thank you for your post here on the Support Forum. Did you connect the headset to the laptop through the audio cable?

    Thanks.

    Kind regards,

Hi. I have the same problem, but following the steps, win7 says it is already updated, but the controllers doesn´t work. I 've windows Update set to automatically installation and I've tried several times install the controllers, but it istill doesn´t work.
There is some way to download the controllers/drivers of the SHB7000 Bluetooth headphones?

    Hi there,

I have the same problem and I successfully tried pairing with my phone. Bluetooth apparently works on my laptop - still driver problems with SHB7000.
    Can you help me?
    Cheers,
    Sven

    Dear Sven,

There're some known issues with Bluetooth and Win7.

I would suggest you to have a look at the following link: http://www.supportforum.philips.com/...Driver-Problem . Arne A came up with the solution how to make it work.

    Kind regards,
    Sarka
