Angry HTB3510/12 no sound Dolby Pro logic II . No DTS or Dolby 5.1 in Display

    Hello guys,

    Sorry for my english.

    I have 2 issues with HTB3510/12

    1) HTB 3510/12 is my second Philips home cinema. I am angry because this home cinema has not sound "Dolby Pro Logic II".

I like this sound, you can ear a source 2 stereo to output simulated 5.1 sound. In the options appear "AUTO", "MULTI-CH" and "STEREO".
In "AUTO" and "MULTI-CH" you ear the source 2 stereo in the 5 channels stereo not simulated.

In my old HTS 3270 you can choose MULTICHANNEL/DPLII. I dont urderstand this situation, HTB 3510 is more modern than HTS 3270.

Please, ¿Can you say me "Dolby Pro Logic II" option ?

    2) When you connect by "optical and digital IN", in the Display not see "DTS or Dolby 5.1" letters.

You do not know the signal type sound.
In my old HTS3270, I connect my PC or Xbox, and you can see in the Display "DTS or Dolby 5.1" when you send a sound 5.1

    ¿Why?

Please, say me the answer because I have 15 days for back to shop, because my old HTS3270 is better.

    thanks.

I think, it is import for users to know the answer about the problems, not only private message.

    Answers:

    1) HTB3510/12 has not Dolby Prologic II.
    2) In the device display, you can not see the letter "DTS" or "dolby digital 5.1", when you connect another device to COAXIAL or OPTICAL port.

I returned to store the HTB3510/12.

    Thanks for your support.
