    BDP3000/98 uploaded wrong firmware

Dear Philips, I have uploaded a wrong firmware for my BDP3000/98 player. The firmware is to be used for BDP3000/05 ver 1142.1

Previously my blu ray player can play Region A blu ray but it can only play Region B blu ray now.

I have tried to reload the correct BDP3000/98 firmware (version: 1013.5) through USB but the player shows error message, indicating the new firmware version is of older version and cannot be uploaded.

Any way that I can set my player back to Region A blu ray?
    Thanks!

    Dear bgf9025,

Unfortunately, there is no way how this issue can be fixed here. However, I would suggest you to contact your local Philips Customer Care centre and they will be able to help you with your issue.
