    Blu-ray HTB3510 mkv 3d file

    i have dlna server with flex, it can share 3d file with mkv extensio when i try to open it on my blu-ray it show me messege that video format is not suported but it should be as in user manual it say it can suport mkv files and I cant play it and it is one of basic reasons why i got blu-ray player just to say i got philips tv to it 32pfl5507. Anything that can help? i have curent upgrade for blu-ray

    Dear Traktorka,

    In case of 3D, we can only guarantee the playback of commercial discs. So, this does not apply to the media files.
