    Post PTA507 Problem

    Hi,

I have 46pfl5507 TV and now I have 3D glasses, PTA507 but glasses didn't work. I test 3D movie "My Bloody Valentine" and everything is fine when I used the movie with the supplied glasses. But, when I use PTA507 glasses, nothin' is workin'. Yes a little bit like that, but not anywhere near as good as the movie with their own glasses. Why? What is wrong?

And my TV for three different types of glass:

    PTA507
    PTA516
    PTA517

    Which one is the best?

    Hi Samnight,

Welcome to the TV forum and my apologies for the late reply.

All 3 of those active 3D glasses can be used with your TV. As a general rule, the higher the number the more advanced and recent they are. But they should all work and be up to a certain standard.

When you turn your PTA507 glasses on, do you notice the shutter movement at all? If not, please try to charge them and try again.

Should they still not work, I would advise to arrange for an exchange of the glasses.

    Best reagrds,
    Ina
