xbox - video format not supported

When connecting XBOX 360 via HDMI to my new 7,000 series 47" TV I get the error message "Video Format Not Supported"

When I plug the same HDMI cable from the XBOX to my old TV it works fine.

    Any ideas ?

what TV do you have exactly?
Can you set the Xbox to a Video Format like 720p or 1080p?

The Xbox settings can be changed, at the moment they are on auto-detect.

Please let me know all the settings I should use ?
