    HTS3367/12 stuck in standby

    Hi,

    Since the beginning of 2009 I've been a very satisfied user of the Philips HTS3367/12 home cinema set.
    I fear however that since a couple of months the system started having issues. 5 out of 10 times when you turn the system off she gets completely stuck showing standby in the display. She won't respond at all and the only way around it is to unplug the power cord and then plug it back in.
    Is this a known problem or is the system just acting up because it's getting older?
    Just to add, I've already updated the firmware to the latest version 00.35.00, unfortenately without result.

    Hello Neutje,
    have you tried a factory reset? Also, I would recommend you to try following - unplug all devices from your TV and then, plug only HTS. Does it make any difference or the issue is still there?
