    32pfl4017g/77 black screen

    I connect my 32pfl4017, Philips logo appears, then screen stays black. It doesn´t respond to RC or rear buttons. ¿Any idea? Thanks.

    Might be that the control unit inside your TV is malfunctioning. You can easily test your RC by checking if the signal is received by the TV, you should be able to see if the little LED light is flickering when you press any button of your remote. But as the TV is also not responding directly to the side buttons, the problem is inside and not on your remote control.
    Suggestion: Contact your local Philips service. I hope you still have a warranty on your TV.
