    TV Model: 55PFL7108S/12
    Previous Firmware: QF2EU-0.173.42.0

    Negative:
    - The TV often get stuck loading the "tv guide" (shows a blue bar sweping only) and does not respond to anything (I mean nothing) - need to pull the power cable (220V)
    - EDIT: TV also very often get stuck loading smart TV (in particular Netflix). Only a blue bar on the screen sweeping and the TV does not respond to anything (absolutely nothing) else than pull the mains (220V)
    - Edit2: Netflix causes distortions after leaving the app. Problem reported in separate thread.
    - Still slow as always
    - Edit3: The tv guide via ethernet cable suddenly does not work. It shows a sweping blue bar only on the tv broadcast or switches to a purple background. No content ever loaded from TV guide. I can switch back to TV using the remote.
    - Youtube having difficulties broadcasting videos very often, the app seems not stable at all (using my 3rd party media player to watch Youtube instead )

    Hi all,

The issue regarding IP-EPG (internet TV guide) not working is not caused by the software, but is a separate issue. We are working hard to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    Best regards,

    TV Model: 55PFL8008S
    Previous Firmware: QF2EU-0.173.42.000

    Positive:
    - I guess it's somewhat faster again, although it might just be me getting used to it. (cause it's still laggy)

    Negative:
    - Netflix forces image settings to standard, so it's still unusable. That PNM looks horrible on movies and it's forced on.
    - SmartTV platform still suffers from occasional crashes when using youtube and such.
    - There's still the pixel shift issue on Game and PC modes. Photo attached to show what's wrong.Click image for larger version.

You guys at Philips should really release an "Known issues" with the FW releases. So that we as customers would know that we're heard and you have acknowledged our concerns.

    Hi amitgv1,

    Thank you.

Skype should remember the Skype user name, but not the password.

Is Skype not remembering your user name at all?

    You are wrong.
Its remmber user but not password.
Its not ok because it used to save password before the upgrade. Right now i am not using it because its so annoing. Every time i have to type the password again and again.
There is an option for automatic login "sign me in when Skype start". Whats the point of automatic login if it wont make automatic login?

Also, from time to time it make pixel shift. It wont happend before the new update.

    New negative feedback

    - Smart TV and tv-guide sometimes does not work. When started both shows their individual screen but wthout apps / tv-list. I must restart tv and it works again.

I agree with above statement, are our issues even considered when new FW are released?
