    HD Natural motion stopped working

Recently my 46PFL5007K's HD natural motion feature seems to have stopped working. Either that or it is stuck on one of the off-min-medium-max settings, because in any case there is no visible difference any more between these settings.

I've tried resetting the picture modes and reinstalling the TV, but this didn't help.

Is it possible the hardware responsible for this feature has malfunctioned? Had anybody even heard of a similar case?

Please help, my warranty is closed to expiring and it's very frustrating. Thanks.

Audio not synced from USB and from network

I run video files on my 46PFL5007K from an external hard drive connected by USB, and also from PC media center, connected by wired network.

The problem is that the sound is heard very slightly before the picture. I understand this is a common problem with streaming to TVs. I've disabled all the Pixel-plus features but the problem persists. There's also some audio delay feature on the TV that doesn't work.

Any suggestions on how I can run video files (mkv, mpeg4, etc) on the TV without this happening? Any hardware solution will do- hard drive, PC, streamer, etc. Or maybe some way of streaming from a PC with a set audio delay?

    Ideas? thanks!

    Hi Indigo,

I have merged your 2 threads for the convenience of replying to both at the same time.

If you are concerned about the end of your TV warranty, I would advise you to contact your local customer service team directly:

    http://www.support.philips.com/suppo..._selector.jsp?
Select your country and preferred language, then contact.

In regards to HDNM, which sources have you tested this on, and on what type of material (SD, HD)?

In regards to your streaming issue, which media server are you using on your PC?

Please ensure the media server is set up correctly for a TV and that any transcoding is disabled.

    Best regards,
    Ina
