my smart TV is defect within garantee time.

Via the service support i understood that a creditation procedure is started up.
I could take 3 to 4 weeks?? During this time (accorindg procedure) Philips does not replace the tv.

I'm now 12 days before Christmans and the holidays.
I have some problems with explaning to the kids why we do not have a tv

How does this work?
