    WIFI connection KO

    Hello
I can not connect to the wireless camera to my wireless network.
My network is secured with WPA/WPA2 encryption with MAC address filtering. How to get the mac address of the M100E/12?
If this is the point blocking the connection. If not how should do?

    cordially

    Dear Rafal,

Great thanks for this topic. (In fact the problem was caused to 5 GHz and a/n wifi param, with 2.4 GHz and b/g/n it's work)

Following several try in.sight is working. Unfortunatly, I need to disable MAC filtering wifi connection. How could I find the MAC adress in.sight ?

    Hi,

You won't be able to check MAC address from In.Sight app.
You need to check your router settings by entering the access list of the router.

    Kind regards,

    Hi,

the MAC address from In.Sight camera can be detected with tools as LanScan (for ex.) after connection of the cam to wifi.

    Now, all is OK.

Great Thanks for your helps and reactivity

    Best regards
