    Stuttering MKV video BDP7700/12 > 10Gig files

    Hi all,

I have digital Blue-Ray > MKV copy of The Walking Dead S03. Each episode from Season 03 gives me problems in the first 5-10min.
The episodes are played from a WD Passport USB3.0 NTFS, +/-10Gig
    After that it runs fine...
    Any ideas?

    - Video and sound stutters
    - Options like pauze, stop, foward, rewind etc dont work at all
    - Cannot select other audio files or subtitles and other options froom the smart menu.

    Dear bjeunink,

Thank you for your post here on the Forum.

Here is the list with the supported audio/video formats http://www.p4c.philips.com/cgi-bin/c...w_partial.html. It also depends which compression is used.

In case of 3D, we can only guarantee the playback of commercial discs. So, this does not apply to the media files.

    Kind regards,
    Philips Moderation Team

    Dear Sarka,

All requirements are met for the file. These files still give me problems when playing on the BDP7700/12.
