Impossible to register
Hello, i tried to register on the forums with my proper Philips account where i have my product(s) registered. When i'm trying to log in i'm asked to enter a nick name. At this point i'm told my birth date is invalid.
I tried to register another account last week but got an error (404). This seems remedied but not the above problem.
The problem is probably due to date conversion. I believe i registered my account with Philips Sweden and the problem is transferring the date to US date format. I tried changing sites and update my birth date but with no avail.
Please contact me personally if any further information is needed, but i believe a technician can easily reproduce the problem.

I confirm this. Tried few times always the same error.
When changed date to "one digit" date, then it worked.

I have had the same problem.
My birthday is december 19.
Based on the information provided by Plupp I made a new account.
This time I entered december 12 as my birthday.
This worked well, no invalid birthday report after entering the nickname.
I believe that during the confirmation process the month/day are swapped which makes 19 an invalid month.

I've managed finally to register at this forum after using the philips.de website to update the date registered for my Philips account that was created on the philips.se website, so I can confirm that this forum does not accept yyyy-mm-dd, it has to be in dd-mm-yyyy format.
