    Soundbar problem

    Hi,
I am new on here. I have a problem with my HTL2150. The sound keeps cutting out, it has been doing this for about 4 days and it is driving me crazy! I only purchased it in September and so it is still under warranty.
I took it into the store where I bought it and the man plugged it into a TV on the shop floor and guess what? It went ok! but as I told him that is not a very good test because he only had it on for less than a minute and told me it was fine. I took it home and tried it. It went for ten minutes then stopped, and hasn't worked since.

A friend who is a qualified electrical engineer checked it out and said just two words, "it's stuffed".

I am so over it now, I will take it back tomorrow and make them send it away for either: 1. Repair 2. Replace 3. Refund

I really liked it when I got it and it gave a good sound, much better than the onboard TV speakers. I did nothing wrong with it and used all the correct cables etc.

    Sorry for the big rant!

    Cheers, Lakewoodlady

    Dear Lakewoodlady,

As the soundbar is under warranty I think that it's a good idea to take it back to your dealer and ask for a replacement.

    Kind regards,

    Thank you for your reply,
Yes, I have taken it back yesterday and will receive a replacement if it is not viable for repair.

    Cheers, Lakewoodlady
