Problems with HTL4110B and Bluetooth (windows 8)

I just bought the Philips HTL4110B (Soundstage) and paired it with my laptop Acer Aspire V3-571G using the Bluetooth communication. The two units pair properly, but only for a couple of seconds then the Soundstage is "dropped". The computer can still "see" and recognize the Soundstage but it won't somehow not connect properly.

I have checked the necessary drivers and everything seems to be okay, but it won't work. Please help!

    Sincerely,
    Thomas Godiksen

    Hi,

check if you have installed the latest firmware 43 on your HTV (see manual on support website for a howto).

I'm not sure, I know what you mean. What is "HTV"?

    Hi Alex

    Just tried your advise.

The latest firmware succesfully installed on the HTL, but I still can't connect laptop with the HTL using Bluetooth.

    Do you have any ideas?
