    SHB7000 over the ear back

    Hi guys,

First of Happy new year to all!

I have just bought an SHB7000 headset. After pairing the headset to my bluetooth on my computer, it reflects that it is having drivers issue.
I have updated my bluetooth adapter
Please can anyone advise on how do i resolve this.

    I'm using Broadcom Bluetooth 3.0

    Dear friday,

Check with the manufacturer of the computer and the operating system for the Bluetooth profiles supported by the computer.

Make sure the following 2 are supported:

    Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP)
    Audio/Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP)

    Kind regards,
    Philips Moderation Team
