Move "mouse pointer" when using Smart TV (47PFL7008/12)

I own the Philips TV 47PFL7008/12 which has a remote control with QWERTY keyboard at the back of the remote control.
Next to that there should be a "mouse pointer" by which you can navigate over the screen when using Smart TV functionality.

The "mouse pointer" is always some where in the middle of the screen and can not be moved using the round "OK" button on the remote control. Any idea how to get the mouse pointer changed from screen position? According the user manual it should be possible by making use of the "OK" button on the remote control. In my case nothing happens when using the button.

you just have to touch the OK button while moving the remote, not press it. It is like the remote senses you finger that make contact to the OK button. Also, be sure that this is enabled somewhere in options: directional keys or pointer.
