3D subtitles onece playing .MKV file

    Dear Sirs,

    I have new Philips 47pfl6907k/12

I have found, that the TV does not work with subtitles in .MKV file once using DLNA. This is very bad, but at least I have found, that the TV is reconginizing .SUB subtitles, which I put on USB drive.... So at least I can plan .MKV file with subtitles in this way

But these .SUB subtitles are "flat" and very small once playing 3D movie.

I tried 3D-Subtitler, creating .SUP subtitles and put them with the same file name to USB drive ... and nothing displays on the screen...

Can you help me in resolving this problem?

    Best regards,

    PhilipsCZ

You need to make sure the subtitles are supported by the TV. This is from the user manual of your TV:

    Subtitles :
    – Formats : SAMI, SubRip (SRT), SubViewer, DivX® subtitles
    – Character encodings : UTF-8, Central Europe and Eastern
    Europe (Windows-1250), Cyrillic (Windows-1251), Greek
    (Windows-1253), Western Europe (Windows-1252)
