    AirPlay doesn´t work with IOS7

    Hi, I have a DS9800W/10 Fidelio SoundSphere Hi Fi audio system with AirPlay coneection for iPad, iPhone & iPod.
    With the IOS7 actualization the AirPlay stopped to work. I´ve contacted Philips customer care with the ref 50-1502439666 and they told me that there is no software update for this issue.
    When it is expected that there will be a software update?
    I have this new product in my house unused for months because of this issue. The customer center in my country doesn´t have an answer and also no assurance that this update could be arrive.

    Thank you for the post on the forum.

    We did not register similiar issues after iOS 7 update. Have you tried to reboot your phone after the software update? I would also suggest you to reset the speakers.

    Hi, thank you for your quick answer.

    I already tried to reboot my iphone 5 and my ipad after the software update. I also tried reseting the speakers.

    Philips Customer Care Center send me an email that this product is not compatible with IOS 7... Is it possible?? What must I do know?

    I checked with our team and DS9800W should work with iOS 7. I would suggest you to visit your Local Service Centre and they will be able to help you with your issue.

    Still doesn´t work

    Hi Sarka,

    I contacted our local official Service Centre and they told me that there is no an actualization compatible with IOS7 for this product. The claim number is: SR #: 50-1502439666

    I copy below the answer in Spanish: "Le indicamos que lamentablemente debe aguardar a la aparición de una actualización de firmware que sea compatible con iOS 7. Le pedimos disculpas por las molestias ocasionadas.

    En caso de necesitar información adicional sobre el tema por el que nos ha consultado, por favor no olvide hacer mención de la siguiente referencia: 50-1502439666"

    What is the suggested solution?

    Hi Sarka,

    The local service in Argentina told me that this Fidelio is not comaptible with IOS7 and there is no firmware to update it.
    So, again, what is the solution? The number of the case in the local service is 50-1502439666.
    I expect your quick reaction.
    I am doing this claim since december 2013 and the system is still under warranty. I need a solution.
