    Insight account cannot connect to dropbox

    Hello.

    I have a the newest version for monitor and philips insight app 2.9 polish language version.
    I dave a problem with connection insignt account to dropbox account.
    I received a info that Philips Insight want to create a directory on dropbox acocunt and I accepted that.
    After it I receive log that evertything is correct and insight app is connected to dropbox account, but after backing to app there is a info - no connection to dropbox account and there is no directiory Philips_InSight on dropbox account.
    I've tried do it on iPod and everything is ok. There is a issue only on Android App.
    What shoud I do to resolve that issue?

    Dear Szymon,

    We suggest that you check dropbox pairing. When dropbox pairing procedure is finalized, but then it looks still as not paired, please change dropbox language to English in the settings menu of dropbox on www.dropbox.com

    Also please make sure that:

    • The name of the monitor contains only numbers 0 to 9 and/or alphabets A to Z (or a to z). Monitor names that contain other characters or symbols are not supported by Dropbox.
    • Set the Dropbox account in English
    • Your Dropbox account is not full. Generally speaking, around 500KB is needed for one audio recording. Clean up the Dropbox space regularly to make sure there is enough capacity for your audio recordings.

    I've replaced dropbox account on english language. It works fine!
