    Hi Paul,

Could you tell us a little more about what happens when you initiate the glasses to TV sync?

    - Do you notice that the shutters on the glasses when you turn them on?

    - What colour is the LED light on the glasses?

    Best regards,
    Ina

I turn glasses on and I get a green led light up. What else do I need to do? I thought it picked up signal automatically? Am I doing something wrong? Can you explain shutters to me too pls

    Hi Paul,

When you turn on the 3D glasses you should briefly be able to sense the shutters of the glasses flickering. This is most noticable under flourescent lights.

Please call your local customer service team and ask them to check the serial number of the 3D glasses. They can help you further with determining where the issue may be.

    Hi Paul,

Be sure that you didn't accidentally enabled 3d game mode (marked with player 1/2). When you look at the inside off the glass you will see the following descriptions: player 1/2 and the on and off button. To sync the 3d glasses you need to press the button part close to the on/off button icon. Otherwise the 3d glass will not sync.

    Kind regards,
    Niels
