    Discrete ir codes for 32fpl3506

I am looking for discrete ir codes for my tv model 32fpl3506. I have tried several that I have found in these forums for other models with no success.

I would appreciate any help or suggestions.

At a minimum, I am looking for discrete on, off and source selections.

    Thank you.

    Hi Toengel.

Thanks for posting, however, I have tried those codes and do not work. Do you know of any others that I can try? I'm willing to give anything a shot.

Is there any reason that the discrete codes are not available anywhere? Other manufacturers have made this information readily available and easy to find.

This clearly puts Philips at a disadvantage relative to competition - others like me would tend to shy away from products that are not flexible and can not be easily integrated with their existing entertainment system.

Sending a code to turn the tv on and a separate one to turn the tv off (rather than toggle on/off) seems so basic in today's set-ups - it is hard to understand why the functionality is not available, or if it is, why it is so hard to find for Philips products.

Could a Philips representative comment on the above?

    Thank you.

    Hello

I am wondering if anyone from Philips is monitoring this forum and can comment on the availability of discrete codes for this TV.

Are codes available? Besides the suggested ones above are there others that may work?

Patiently awaiting for a response from Philips support.

    Thank you

    Ina,

Thank you for your response. I have tested the various codes on Toengel's link, however, they do not seem to respond to the TV model that I have. Since those codes are somewhat dated, I was wondering if there has been a recent update to include more recent models that Phillips has introduced.

Is there any way that you can confirm the codes that would be operable with TV model 32fpl3506?

    Thank you
