Phillips Fidelio P9 cannot connect to Macbook

    Hi all!

I've recently bought a Phillips Fidelio P9 speaker, but I now have trouble getting it to connect to my Macbook. It has been connected to the Macbook before, but all of a sudden it cannot pair up with the P9 anymore.

My iPhone and my girlfriend's iPhone can connect but neither of our Macs seem to connect. It does find the P9 when searching for Bluetooth devices, but it cannot successfully connect.

I have tried to erase all devices from the P9's memory, but it is still not working.

I really hope someone can help!!

    Kind regards,
    Tobias

    Dear Tobias,

It looks like a problem with Bluetooth on your Mac. Please restart Bluetooth on your Macbook.

    Kind regards,
