    Just bought HTB7530D

    Hello,
Just bought a new Home Cinema device Philips HTB7530D yesterday.
However the device -- correctly uinstalled according quick installation guide & extended user's manual from the internet,
the device switches of after 10 minutes of operation
==> changes sound sources (HDMI / HDMI ARC / Disc / Radio ) and switches off
The soundboxes are correctly installed , as the test tones check is fully compliant.

Re-installed completely (including HDMI in & out's) & AC current.
    Still same failure
Thanks for helping out (as brand new device from Philips ==> must work , isn't it)

    Dear Sjarelke,

    Please check the following:

    1. Ensure that your TV is HDMI-CEC compliant with system audio control functionality and that it is activated. For detailed information, refer to the TV user manual.
    2. If you have a Philips TV, you need to select the 'Home>Setup>TV settings>EasyLink>TV speakers>EasyLink Autostart'
    3. The HTS and TV are connected via a HDMI cable.

Follow these steps to set up your HTS:

    1. Press (Home).
    2. Select [Setup], and then press 'OK'.
    3. Select [EasyLink] > [EasyLink], and then press 'OK'.
    4. Select [On], and then press 'OK'.
    5. Select [EasyLink] > [System Audio Control] > [On], and then press 'OK'.
    6. Select [EasyLink] > [Audio Input Mapping], and then press 'OK'.
    7. Follow the instructions on the TV screen to map the audio input of the connected device.

    Kind regards,
    Philips Moderation Team

    earest;

Thanks a lot for this reply.
Persuing these steps, the HTS synchronises, however for a small time.
    Than 2 scenari starts
    - the HTS makes an automated selection for a few seconds and stops with a source selection "AUX" or
    - the TV does no longer hold the selected HDMI ARC channel, but shifts automatically towards HDMI1

No longer than 2 minutes, the TV and HTS work good, and than no sound is longer available ==> a complete restart is needed than.

This is not fun having bought a device that does not perform
    Best regards

    Dear Sjarelke,

Since your device is new, I would suggest contacting your dealer and reporting the problem to him. If the device is faulty you will be able to claim a replacement under warranty.

    Kind regards,
