HTL9100 does not always recognise TV
I've had an HTL9100 for a few weeks, some times it works correctly, and engages automatically when the TV is switched on, but not always.
Some times it doesn't connect to the TV, or turn on, and does not recognise the remote. When I unplug the power cord, and turn it back on, it resolves the issue.
Any advice or idea why this is happening is gratefully received.
It,s connected via HDMI Arc

Dear MattFriend,
Is HDMI-CEC turned on in your TV?

Hmmm, I am considering the purchase of the HTL9100 sound bar, but I have a Samsung UE46ES8000S. Given the above, I am not sure anymore.
Mattfriend, how is the sound quality of the HTL9100?
Have you also tried streaming from a smartphone / Bluetooth to your sound bar?
Thanks

Dear Matt,
Please contact your dealer informing him of the issue. Since your unit is still under warranty you will be able to claim a repair of replacement.
I am sorry we couldn't resolve the issue here.
Kind regards,

I have replaced the sound bar and it's now working fine.
I think it is an excellent system. If, like me, your intention is to use it for watching films, and also as a sound system for Bluetooth operating hardware, it is exactly what I was looking for. music and cinema sound fantastic and the system is incredibly easy to use.
It cost a little more than other sound bars, maybe another 30%, so I'm not sure it's the best for a casual user, but a single unit in the room for all entertainment, it's as good as I hoped it would be.
