I bought a brand new 42PFL4208H/12 back in september 2013 (Netherlands). Netflix should be installed on it, and I can see that the software has been installed for it. However, I can not see the app itself so cannot start Netflix. I have the latest TV software installed. I'm looking in the Smart TV part of the TV. Should I look elsewhere? TIA!
