No sound on Netflix - BDP2105

I'm using an adapter to convert composite audio to analog audio, but it works fine for playing DVD's, Blu-rays, and Pandora.
It's only using Netflix that I have no sound.
I've tried the other Audio settings, but no luck.
    Please help!

    Dear jeffmk,

We need more information about your TV (make, model number) and also please explain what devices you are connecting (any external speakers etc.)

    Kind regards,

Everything works when I play a DVD or Blu-Ray. Pandora works.
Netflix only shows the pic with no audio.
How would the TV info matter?

    It's a Sony Trinitron KV32S100
I'm using Composite Video and Analog Audio through an adapter. No external speakers.

    Dear jeffmk,

Netflix content is all stereo or dolby digital 2 channel or 5.1 channel.

Netflix by default, will choose in order:

    1. Dolby digital plus 5.1
    2. Dolby digital 2.0
    3. Stereo

This is because our device will report DD+ capable.

When you play back video, you will get Dolby Digital plus 5.1 and the coax output will be streaming DD+
If your converter box doesn't support DD+, it will have no audio out.

To solve this you will need to go into “Audio and Subtitles” setting (in Netflix) and choose Stereo. We will then get stereo and coax output will then be in PCM stereo.

    Kind regards,
